Joy of Life

A Family Foursquare Church

One of our values is to celebrate giving. Jesus loves us and delights in giving to us. We delight in giving back. People give for many reasons such as being grateful to God, as an act of faith and for the many blessings God gives to us. We know that generosity changes lives – both ours and the people we’re reaching. We are grateful when people trust God to help others by giving.

The people who have given generously, have had the privilege of seeing God impact lives. People saved and baptized. People trained, discipled, and cared for. These are the true things we celebrate each and every time we give.

We use Pushpay for our online giving. It is quick and easy.

The bible gives us a baseline standard for giving: the tithe. When we give the first 10% of our income to the Lord, we put God first in our lives. Tithing is a tangible demonstration of our trust in Him and is an act of worship that expresses our gratitude and faith. It’s also an opportunity for us to play our part in the mission of loving God, loving people, and making disciples.

"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house,
test Me now in this, says the LORD of hosts, if I will not open for you the windows of heaven
and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows.”
    Malachi 3:10
